Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY
In France, the Colissimo option is available for orders whose total amount does not exceed €650. Orders above this amount are shipped by DHL EXPRESS.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the
tracking of your package from our logistics provider.

All e-shop orders are shipped via dhl express.

Here are our different delivery offers:

France: 20€ (free delivery from 400€)

Europe: €30 (free delivery from €400)

Outside Europe: €60 (free delivery from €600)

All orders shipped outside Europe, the UK and Switzerland are shipped on a duty paid basis. For other destinations that apply customs duties on imports, your carrier will contact you to tell you the amount you must pay. This step is likely to cause a delay in the delivery of your order, as you will be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes to move the goods.


ASSURANCE

Our partners are reputable service providers: Fedex, DHL Express, or Colissimo (French Post).
Each package is insured, regardless of the carrier and the value of the jewel(s), so that if a package is found to be lost during transport, we will deliver an identical product to you or you will be reimbursed, except in the case where the non-delivery of the package results from a lack of information on the part of the buyer.

DELIVERY TRACKING

We follow each of our shipments and you too have the possibility of following your order thanks to a tracking number which is communicated to you when your parcel is dispatched.

FEEDBACK

Buying a piece of jewelery online can be tricky and in the event that it does not fully suit you, the TAMARA TAICHMAN team offers you simple solutions for the return or exchange of our pieces.

TAMARA TAICHMAN is committed to providing you with high quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with an item in your order or if you have a size problem, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving your package. You can be refunded or make an exchange.
In the case of a return, certain conditions must be met:
That this product has not been customized or sized. In the event that a first sizing has been carried out, a second sizing is possible, but will be at the customer's expense.
That it was not the subject of a special order.
That it has not been worn and that the original label is still in place in its original condition.
To return a jewel, you must first contact us via the email address contact@tamarataichman.com, to inform us.
Products engraved or cut to size or having been specially manufactured will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return costs are your responsibility. However, if you request an exchange, the new product will be sent to you free of charge (in the case of a first exchange only).

The product must be returned to the following address, in its original box, with the security label on it, and with the same carrier used for the shipment.
