We offer resizing on rings for 14 days after the date of purchase. It is possible to carry out a single size adjustment. The sizing service on bracelets and necklaces from our collection is available after expertise of the jewel and on estimate.

Each stone is unique, with its peculiarities and inclusions. They are chosen one by one and their imperfections make them a jewel that you will not find anywhere else.
DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package from our logistics provider.
All e-shop orders are shipped via dhl express.
Here are our different delivery offers:
France: 20€ (free delivery from 400€)
Europe: €30 (free delivery from €400)
Outside Europe: €60 (free delivery from €600)
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. During certain exceptional periods, the deadlines may be extended, you will be informed if necessary.
Once your order is being processed, you will receive an email from DHL Express containing the tracking number for your package.
All orders shipped outside Europe, the UK and Switzerland are shipped on a duty paid basis. For other destinations that apply customs duties on imports, your carrier will contact you to tell you the amount you must pay. This step is likely to cause a delay in the delivery of your order, as you will be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes to move the goods.
In the case of a return, certain conditions must be met:
That this product has not been customized or sized. In the event that a first sizing has been carried out, a second sizing is possible, but will be at the customer's expense.
That it was not the subject of a special order.
That it has not been worn and that the original label is still in place in its original condition.
To return a jewel, you must first contact us via the email address contact@tamarataichman.com, to inform us.
Products engraved or cut to size or having been specially manufactured will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return costs are your responsibility. However, if you request an exchange, the new product will be sent to you free of charge (in the case of a first exchange only).
The withdrawal period for online orders is 14 days from the date of receipt.
The refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of your package at our premises.
PAYMENTS
We offer multiple payment methods: payment by credit card, payment by Shop Pay, payment by Paypal and payment in 3 installments free of charge via Alma.
You will be debited the amount of the transaction during the validation of the order. For payments in 3 instalments, the 1st third will be debited when the order is placed. The 2nd third at 30 days and the 3rd third at 60 days.
